The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Fantastic views over Cusco. Beautiful large apartment room with our own terrace. Delicious breakfast. Super helpful staff.

We reserved this place for 4 nights and extended one extra night. There was an issue with our shower in our first room and the host moved us to another room with no issues. Kutty Wasi is a short walk to the plaza and a very central location. The room was cleaned every day and the hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing every day with a range of options from fruit, cereals, toast, avocado, oats, coffee and tea, eggs, ham and cheese. I would highly recommend this place! All rooms have a kitchenette and fridge.

The view was really nice, the staff was also very helpful and kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage until we were back from Machupicchu for free, even if we were not spending the night after that. The hotel is very beautiful.

The friendly staff. Although none of the staff could speak English, they were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our request. The hotel is quite high in the San Blas area so difficult for tour pick ups to get too and also cabs to drive however the view of Cusco is amazing and beautiful especially in the evenings. Apartments were large and spacious. We did have hot water for evening showers, just the water pressure isn't great.
