The bed is very comfortable, the hot water very hot and the staff were helpful and friendly. The walk from the main square is good, and the last uphill bit a workout, but I liked that.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, they kept my luggage when I went to Machu Picchu, made me breakfast box when I left super early & did my laundry in excellent speed. Breakfast was ok, but 24hrs coca tea and hot water was definitely welcomed. Hot shower at any time of the day.

We loved this property because it was close enough to the main square to walk without issue, but far enough that the street was quiet & the surrounding restaurants were a little cheaper. Also, the staff at Killaqente go above & beyond to ensure a comfortable stay! We loved the breakfast too, as well as the airport pickup at 2am! We were able to store luggage during a trip to Machu Picchu for free. We also adored the resident dog & cats.
