Staff was really hospitable and the location of the hostel is in the historical centre. It was possible to keep baggage in the hostel while we were in Machu Picchu and in the last day.

Lovely staff, very helpful & professional. Excellent breakfast up on the covered terrace. Lots of attention to detail & special extra touches at KAARO House eg hot water for tea on rap, dried coca leaves available.

A very nice hotel located in the center of Cusco in an old colonial house within walking distance of all sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, table and chairs. The bathroom and toilet are comfortable. Cleanliness is at a high level. Breakfast is included with fruit, tea, coffee and an egg cooked to your choice. There is convenient free parking and free tea and coffee anytime at the hotel reception. The woman at the front desk is very kind and responsive and speaks enough English to be helpful to her customers.

* Breakfast was good and we could get a little lunchbox instead when we weren't the for breakfast hours * The parking spot was great, in the back of the house behind a gate and covered by cameras * The location was very nice as the old town was in near walking distance, the neighborhood was good with nice restaurants * wifi was ok, not as good as in other hotels

Very centric, near all the attractions of Cusco. The receptionist and the general staff are really nice and facilitate everything for your stay like keeping your luggage if you are going on a trecking for some days.

The location is perfect for tourists, just couple minutes walk to main plaza. The owner Ruth is so nice and friendly, and her English is excellent as well. Highly recommended for families.

Great location and the staff are lovely! They let us keep our bags while we hiked. Breakfast was fantastic. Hot water was on in the mornings and evenings. Loved the view from the breakfast room

We've had a lovely stay. The location is amazing, only a short walk away from Plaza Mayor. As we were travelling with our own car, the Kaaro house was one of the best possible accommodations, as they offer free parking inside their premises. The room was big and clean, with hot water and electric heater. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended, especially for people traveling with their own transportation! 👍👍👍
