Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always helpfull. Hotel is in a very good location in the San Blas area only 5 min walking distance from the main square. It's located in a quiet street so there's no noise nuisance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in de neighbourhood. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also good. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a heater in the room present. Shower is great with a powerful and hot waterbeam. Free luggage storage is also available if needed.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and have heaters. The bed is big and comfortable. Very good breakfast with a variety of different options. The staff is kind and friendly. Great place to stay in Cusco!

Great room and staff. Staff were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to our needs. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Also my sincere thanks to Sharmely who was exceptional and her attention to ensuring our stay was pleasant. Thank you.

Location was excellent. Close to the centre of Cusco but in a quieter area. Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast didn’t cater fully for vegans but it was ok. I had avocado kindly prepared by the sweet waitress when she realised I couldn’t eat the platter they offered. There were breads and delicious homemade jams and cereal. Unfortunately no plant based milk but i used hot water to make a quinoa porridge and it was fine. I completely forgot about the checkout time but it wasn’t a problem and the member of staff Maria Luisa allowed me to take a quick shower and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I was so grateful for that. (Thank you Maria!). I look forward to staying there again when i return to Cusco
