We had a positive experience: rooms and public spaces are clean, breakfast is simple but nice, there's even a kitchen available for the guests, location is central yet quiet. As far as the staff goes, they were incredibly helpful and friendly: not only they let us store our luggage for the day, they also welcomed one of our friends to spend time at the reception as he was not feeling good, all of this after we had already checked out so we didn't have a room anymore. We did not take this for granted and was much appreciated, top service really! Overall recommended in Cusco.

Good location,nice room. I asked for a room with a view and finally I had a room with a window on the stairs,and I had to keep the curtain closed.This happens many times in South America,so be specific for what you want. I asked for a heater and they charged me 20 soles for each night.
