The thing I like most is heating during the night. Otherwise I don't know why people are complaining so much. Yes, it is not in the center, but you can see that when you look at the map. Plenty of transport possibilities, if one can not walk for 20 minutes. I checked the room with hotel employee and that would be the time to say, if anything seemed wrong.

staff were nice and helpful room was good with hotwater shower, heating cocca leaves are available for high altitude sickness location is great, 15mins walk to the city.centre.

The beds are comfy, the staff are helpful and friendly, complimentary coca tea and water are always available at the reception. Also, the staff let me leave my luggage in the hotel for free while I left Cusco for an excursion for 2 days. I am extremely grateful to them.
