Very friendly and helpful staff. Great laundry service. You can buy water and some small snacks and drinks. Nice breakfast, if they would include eggs the breakfast would be perfect. There is a kitchen to cook. Nice beds. We stayed for 5 nights and another time 5 nights. Hot shower.

The location was quiet, And the room was clean, and as shown on the pictures. Very close to city center but just out enough to not be totally clustered with just tourist. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The stuff is great. Very friendly and super helpful. Whatever we asked them they were always able to help and always with a smile. Comfortable bad. At night it was not cold at all. I appreciated the decoration of the room and the entire structure. Breakfast was good (except coffee but in all Peruvian hotels I had the same problem) specifically the guacamole! They have heaters for rent in case you are cold. Fast laundry service. They have mini shop in case you have forgotten to buy water, snacks, souvenirs.
