The guestroom had a firm smaller queen size bed and great pillows, a small bathroom with all needed and a closet for storage (might not fit a large suitcase). Amazing staff, we got help arranging pick up from the hotel (30soles) and a driver for the day to Ollantaytambo and back (270s). The breakfast buffet was good, and found in the lobby always some tea and coca tea available. Good location near Plaza Mayor and walking distance everywhere including to Sacsayhuaman. Free wifi.

The young lady who checked us in was a gem! the cleaning and kitchen staff were very lovely and pleasant. We felt welcomed every day when we encountered them. The rooms were comfortable enough and a heater was provided. Breakfast was filling, especially those pancakes and fruit available and the restaurant meals were generally really good.
