Casa Saphi offered everything we needed, a comfortable bed, an amazing shower and a quiet room 2 minutes walk from the main square! The breakfast was to a very high standard and staff were exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend

Can't fault it. The staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless! The bath was divine and there was always piping hot water. Facilities in the room were all great- fridge, tea and coffee etc. Location was also great, only a 5 minute or less walk to the main square. Our favourite place we've stayed in South America. Thank you!

Perfect location, very close to the main square but still quiet in the rooms. The staff are very welcoming and keen to make sure everything is comfortable. We had packed breakfast on the days we left early which was nice and other days, good breakfast in their cafe. We were allowed to keep our luggage when we went to Machu Picchu for one night stay there which was hugely convenient to us as we could then travel with just our small bag packs. Katherine was reachable over WhatsApp and always helpful. Rooms are quite small so the bags have to stored under the bed and space to open only one at a time, but generally rooms are comfortable.
