The room is quite modern and nicely decorated, location is great, breakfast is good, staff was really helpful and assisted getting a doctor very quickly.

It is located on the Plaza in San Blas, near loads of restaurants and cafes. A perfect spot for exploring. The staff I met were all very kind and helpful. My room was very comfortable, and the bed had lots of blankets as Cusco gets so cold at night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to help arrange my check in process, as I was arriving late after a trek. There was someone who greeted me by name when I arrived and helped carry my suitcase up the stairs.

Everything. It's impeccable. I went back mainly for the breakfast it was really so good. And the room is full of nice details, so amazing with this price. And the staff is lovely.

A quiet location on a lovely little square (Plazoleta de San Blas) in the centre of Cusco. Very comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, with all the equipment one can wish, and with high quality, soft beds. I felt very welcome and at home. It is a place with a soul: The whole staff is doing a great job and Wilbert (reception +breakfast) even outstanding: young ( but with a lot of maturity), always willing to help (with a smile and humour) , very polite and friendly. In short: a guy with a golden heart. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like him.
