The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located (near to the main square and no big hill). The room was super confortable, large and nicely decorated. Everything worked perfectly and a heater could be used. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a fresh juice, a coffee or tea and 1 dish included. The terrace inside is definetly a plus (if you go for breakfast not too early, the sun is also there). The hotel also kept our suitcases during our Machu Picchu trip. Loved the place!

I loved the quirkiness. It’s super close to the main square and everything to be honest. The staff were wonderful and super helpful. I stayed 3 nights prior to heading off to do a 4 day trek and returned for 1 night after where they kept my additional luggage for me. They arranged taxis and have great recommendations for restaurants. Amenities and comfort were also fantastic. Breakfast was homely and delicious. I’d stay here again should I return :)

This accomodation blew my expectations, and I could not recommend a better place to stay! It was stunning and historic, beautifully clean with the most friendly and helpful staff. The cooked breakfast in the morning was made to order, exceptional. They even stored luggage and made a breakfast to go for our trip to the Inca Trail! Great location, a must stay if you are in Cusco.

The place is just stunning from the moment you pass the main door. Every little detail is taken care of .. I love the deco and the style. Room are small but very pretty with enough space to put your bags / clothes etc Our room was on the ground floor and I usually prefer to book higher floors but this one was actually perfect! Shower was large although the water was not flowing properly .. Breakfast was the best we had since we arrived in Peru’. We stayed in various hotels and cities ( Lima, Paracas, Huacachina etc ) but this place was so far above all of the others !
