The price does not include the 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to paying 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at the time of Check-In at our Hotels.A valid ID must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not allow the entry of minors under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All minors under 18 years of age must have an ID or passport to be identified.Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs will be allowed per room. During your stay, your pet will be able to use, on loan, a dog bed, food bowl and mat. The room served the purpose. We just need to stay one night for exploring Machu Picchu. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick. And the location is perfect, close to the restaurant/central and train station. We had a problem with the toilet plumbing, but the respond was quick. Although the housekeeping didn't speak English much, the problem was resolved quickly.

Clean. Close to train station, market, restaurants and the bus to Machu Picchu. Nothing more needed for rest.

Everything, its a good value for money. Clean, friendly and attentive staff, good location and good breakfast buffet. Its a typical, reliable, chain hotel - perfect for 1-2 nights when visiting Machu Picchu.

Modern rooms with comfortable bed and showers. We paid extra for a room facing Urubamba river, nice views but the rapid flowing river can be noisy. We liked it. The other side of the hotel faces the railway track. Good breakfast and strated at 5am which was convenient for our hike up Huaynapicchu. Convenient location to bus and train stations. Eco-friendly drinking water refilling system.
