Super friendly staff (so welcoming and helpful), good location near to everything, quiet and safe area, good sized rooms. They let us leave our bags there for our 4 day tour. It’s nice breakfast is included.

The staff at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. They kept our bags safe for us while we went on the 4 day Inca tour and made us packed breakfasts whenever we needed them (if a tour started at 5am etc). The rooms were comfortable and we had hot water. Sometimes the hot water was a bit temperamental. The breakfast was okay - cereal, yogurt, eggs, bread, jam, cheese and some cold meats. The location was great - tucked away so it wasn’t noisy but close enough to everything. Would recommend :) we stayed here before and after the Inca tour! They also have cocoa tea and water available all the time and lots of blankets are in the room to keep warm at night.
