Wow what an amazing house. There were 5 levels in the house giving space and privacy. We used Katie's house as a base whilst two of our party did the coast to coast walk. It worked out perfectly even the weather was spot on. Having two bath/shower rooms was a great bonus. The whole house was spotlessly clean. Very close lo big supermarkets and an excellent fish a chip shop a few minutes away.

The house is quite quirky actually, split level. You could easily have a big group staying here and still have plenty privacy as the rooms are all on different levels. I like it. Can't comment on all the rooms as I only slept in the top one which was very quiet and comfortable. The living room is comfy too and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
