The location is just idyllic. Woodpecker Lodge is immaculately clean and fully equipped and newly furnished. I arrived to find a lovely big food welcome pack, which included homemade cakes, which was very much appreciated after my long journey. Very friendly owner, nothing too much trouble.

Location is superb for visiting all that Devon & Cornwall have to offer. The lodge itself has been carefully designed and fitted with everything you could possibly need in a holiday home. Anne was very welcoming and left us a lovely welcome pack of home made cake, wine, milk and eggs. I’d highly recommend this place, go see for yourself just how lovely this place is. Oh and a very comfy bed which is key to a good holiday.
