A comfortable room, nicely decorated. Good facilities such as en suite, TV and tea and coffee selection. The bed was comfortable and a fan was provided also.

Really comfortable, good location just off the M5 for a stop off to Cornwall. I liked having the tea and coffee making facilities and especially the addition of oat milk. Refillable shampoo and conditioner was available, plus a hairdryer. Room smelt lovely!

Comfy elegant rooms with great showers and smart TVs, very easy check in experience, good tea/coffee/biscuits and a fan, hair dryer and steamer provided

Very good selection of drinks sachets, coffee tea, oddly only sachets of oat milk which aren't nice in tea for me. Good range of complementary bathing products, decent towels, comfortable and stylish designer bed. Free parking around the corner but apparently for a limited period. Central Cullompton location so for a half term week the price wasn't too bad. The contact person did respond quickly to my complaint re no TV remote and the grotty drawers and under the bed and unsafe window.
