We had a wonderful stay at Worthy Manor. It's a beautiful property a few minutes walk from Porlock Weir. Communication from the owner was excellent, including advice on booking for dinner and walking routes. The room was fabulous, we enjoyed the bath and the fire. We were also provided with tea, coffee, water and a few other goodies which was much appreciated. The absolute best thing though was the enormous, incredibly comfy bed! We both said we wished we were staying longer as we had such a great night's sleep. Comfy mattress, cosy bedding, great pillows and a wonderfully warm duvet. One night is definitely not enough!!!

A delightful property, we had the whole of the top floor to ourselves with views of the sea in the distance. A little pricey for two but 4 people could stay here which would have brought the price down. The four poster bed was a real feature and so comfy too! Easy walking distance to Porlock Weir and the coastal path.

Atmospheric and historic building with quality fixtures and furniture and exactly as described. Interesting artwork. Short walk to Porlock weir but wouldn’t want to walk to Porlock village along the narrow road.

Unforgettable place, like walking into an old french castle. The bed was without doubt the most comfortable I have ever been in, I had the best nights sleep EVER. Totally silent yet you can walk through fields to a pub and the sea. Wish we could have stayed longer.
