I loved everything about the apartment! The location couldn't be better, it's less then 10 minutes away from Plaza Mayor. The apartment smells so clean and great when we came. It is bright, well decorated with everything you need. Each detail has been taken care of like a little bit of drinks and some sweet buns for welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine and dryer, although there is not a dishwasher but I think it's not necessary. There's a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee as well. The apartment is in the cellar which is not a cellar in reality. On the other side there are few more floors down and there is marvellous view over the city and nature surroundings. The cleaning was great, there are two bathrooms with big showers that have a lot of water flow and easy to manage the water heat and one toilet on the first floor of the apartment. You go down one stair flight to the first bedroom with a double bed, closet and the bathroom and another stair to the other bedroom equipped the same way. You have three types of pillows so it's not a problem to choose the correct one. There is air-conditioning and some radiators for heating in the winter. I loved this experience, it is not for disabled people because of all the stairs. I will definitely come again! Marvellous experience and the owners are always there to lend you a hand with everything. Thanks for taking so good care of us. 100% recommendable.

We spent two nights in Cuenca and wished we had stayed longer! The flat is fantastic, spotlessly clean, well equipped and offering breathtaking views. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions of the Centro Histórico de Cuenca. We were warmly welcomed by the host who shared very helpful tips—thank you! We especially recommend the Museo de Arte Abstracto housed in one of the famous Casas Colgadas. For families, the Museo Paleontológico de Cuenca is also a must visit. If you’re considering this apartment, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!
