Excellent location right on the river with a little balcony....walking distance from everything....very welcoming staff.....the owner was very helpful 😀

The location beside the river and close to downtown is fantastic. The apartments are roomy, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is secure. Decent restaurants nearby.

Traditionally built apartment complex very close to Cuenca historic centre. Our apartments (we extended our stay so had to move) were simple, but the beds were excellent and there were ample facilities for self catering. We found the rooms well soundproofed. The staff were very friendly and there is secure off street parking. It's about ten minutes walk to the historic centre and many restaurants and bars.
