I loved the fact that the owners made sure that their guests felt at home. As I entered the property I found a personalised card, biscuits and flowers, which made the caravan feel welcomed into.

We can’t recommend Bude 13 enough. Elaine and Peter have thought about absolutely everything from board games for children, extra blankets, the comfiest beds, cleaning equipment, emergency numbers, all the essentials… the property was clean and tidy with beautifully chosen decor and the welcome pack was such a thoughtful and welcome touch after a six hour drive. We quite literally couldn’t have asked for more. There is also a great park on site which is handy. The location is excellent with Perranporth beach and Newquay both under 15mins away.

The owners were very nice and helpful. We arrived during a spring storm, they even put the heating on for us. This made for a literal warm welcome. Also everything was really clean and tidy.
