- Stays up to one week: 400 euros at the end of the stay.
- Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 euros; final cleaning 400 euros.
- Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.
- One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.Costs for Weekly Stays: Supplement of 300 euros for water, electricity and gas in low season (10/15 to 04/15), based on actual consumption.Expenses for Monthly Stays: 800 euros for water, electricity and gas, based on actual consumption.Supplement of €250 for short stays that include New Year's Eve.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
