The service of the manager named whom i called Anna was the best. I stayed in many hotels but his service was exceptional and very welcoming. I will surely recommend the hotel specially for his Service and my next visit i will stay here for sure. Being 1st time in London he took extra efforts to help ne plan my vacation and showed me wgere and how to travel. Appreciate.
