Lovely , but unusual property, we arrived in the dark and were welcomed in the morning by stunning views of the country side.

A fabulous quirky upside down property with really great facilities. Loved the map wall, all the beautiful wood featured throughout the property & ability to park very close. The thoughtful little welcome box, cleaning supplies box (dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up sponge & cleaning cloth an excellent idea we have never come across before ) & mini toiletries bag were lovely touches & showed the care put into making our stay as welcoming & pleasant as possible- all much appreciated. The surroundings were lovely, beautiful flowers by the hedges & lots of birds - next time I'll bring my binoculars as we look forward to returning.

Outstanding cottage, easy reach of Kendal and Windemere by car. Fab views, can't rate high enough for relaxing break. Don't forget to get your shopping in as is very rural!
