Very peaceful. Lovely country roads on the doorstep for some good running routes. The annexe was very well equipped and very comfortable.

Quiet location, a little remote but within easy distance of Aberaeron. Enjoyed watching good variety of birds in the garden. Good beaches within easy striking distance (Tresaith, Penbryn, Aberporth, Cwmtudu and even Mwnt a little further away). The compact size of the annexe was fine for us but some might might not cope
