Location is wonderful set in the countryside but just a few minutes drive from Cromer. Host very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Room very comfortable and every need catered for.

It was a beautiful property set in an amazing area. The garden was gorgeous and the house so welcoming and homely. The animals were lovely 🥰 so nice to have them around when we’d left ours at home. Aggie and Cybil were so entertaining 🐾🐾🐾 The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a B&B. Roni really was an amazing host nothing was too much trouble, lovely lady we’ll be back ❤️

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk available plus a selection of biscuits. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and well presented. On the whole a very enjoyable stay.
