Quiet chalet site and well maintained. Good parking available. Easy access to Cromer town and surrounding area. Near a quiet part of Cromer beach via path and steps. Good hot water heater and easy to add credit to meter. Useful manual with details of things to do in area. Property although very dated (as described on advert), was clean and communication with host very excellent.

Small and compact perfect for a week or weekend stay with mature trees and grass lawn immediately out the door it was very hot when we visited 31 but the chalet stayed relatively cool . Fantastic for dog walking with shaded woods and the beach near by .

Dog friendly and very helpful guide for taking dogs out in the local area, things to do etc. Clean and very considerate with food etc in the cupboard you can use and replace, some games for the kids, dog stuff, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Bed was comfortable. Lots of information to help you during your stay.
