Loved The Perch. Very nicely decorated and clean. Location was great. And nice view from the Sofa. Beds were comfortable and good shower. Good communication. We will be back

Location, host, flat size and furnishings all fine. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were lovely. I enjoyed being there apart from the details below.

.Fantastic location with everything at hand. Our first time to north norfolk and will definitely be back. The view from the flat is nearly worth the cost on its own. Loved it.
