Very homely and clean with excellent facilities. Very good location, really good for travel with the railway station so close by. Also close to the town and pier!

Close to all the amenities of Cromer in a nice quiet cul de sac. Beds were very comfy and the towels plentiful.

Great property in a good location, ideal for Cromer and visiting nearby towns. Everything you need in a holiday let. Very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is the poor water pressure, which doesn't give an adequate shower and the diaphragm on the cloakroom and en suite toilets requires changing -they don't flush properly!!
