A lovely, comfortable ensuite room with a side seaview from the bay window. Great location - easy walk from both the train station and town centre/seafront. Friendly, helpful owners who cooked/served an excellent breakfast the following morning at a convenient time for us!!

Another excellent stay at the Knoll GH after seeing a show at the theatre on the pier. Lovely, clean and comfortable ensuite bedrooms, excellent breakfast (freshly cooked to order) and v friendly welcoming owners - we'll definitely be back!!

Lovely room, very quiet with a really comfortable bed. Slept so well which is unusual for me. Few minutes walk down to beach, pier and restaurants.

Was my 2nd time staying here. Good breakfast. Very kind and welcoming owners. Nice location just outside town centre. Parking is ok. It's very quiet and can get a good night's sleep. There is a sea view from some rooms (particularly the single room on the top floor)

The friendliness of staff which was cheerful and very helpful. The owners arranged to drive me to the train station as I have a disability. The breakfast was just the right size and made to order. The tea hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this place for all of this and its location to all the sights and transportation.

I loved the friendly greeting from both Jane and Neil on my arrival.... My room was so comfortable, clean and the view of Cromer was stunning. Complimentary tea/coffee etc were topped up daily, including lovely biscuits too! The shower was lovely and soft fluffy towels added to the luxury of this ensuite facility. With a choice of breakfast to suit your requirements there was nothing not to like about staying at Knoll guesthouse. Being a dog lover, I was honoured to get doggy cuddles with Jane's two lovely spaniel doggies, who were happy to oblige. Even with the onstreet parking it was easy to find a space along the road. Cromer pier and town was only a very short walk away, along with plenty of other attractions in and around Cromer, Knoll guesthouse is the perfect place to stay. I came away from my short break feeling that I'd made two more friends and was sad to say goodbye.....
