Breakfast was not applicable. The location was very nice, easy access to Cromer either by car or the coastal path . Very relaxing and quiet park, the chalet was a lovely suntrap for most of the day. The chalet was spotless on arrival and had everything you could ask for.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing location. The chalet was positioned in a quiet corner of the chalet park where we enjoyed sitting in the bench outside, overlooking the shared grassed area, watching bats flying around! The chalet had everything we needed for a couple of days away - modern bathroom, cooking facilities and two bedrooms (these are on the small size but were big enough for us) and parking. It was very hot but there was a fan in the chalet.

The chalet is in a lovely position at the back of the chalet park, near the woods. Every night we heard a couple of tawny owls in the woods and the bats would circle round our heads in front of the chalet, which was amazing to watch. We walked through the gate at the back of the park, through Warren Woods and then the cliff top path into Cromer town centre every day, which was lovely. The chalet is fully equipped with everything you could need. I appreciated the tea, coffee and milk sachets as there isn't a shop nearby. Leaflets of local attractions and a reference folder with all the appliance instructions were provided as well as board games for children. We would definitely come again as there is so much to do and see in the local area and the chalet was modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this chalet.
