The location is right in the heart of the Danube Delta, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the area's most popular spots. From here, you can easily take amazing trips to some of the Delta's top attractions. The food was delicious and had a comforting, homemade feel, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the property is clearly well-maintained and cared for.

Our stay at Peninsula Izora in the Danube Delta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference and created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was absolutely superb — every meal was a delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that showcased the best of the region’s cuisine. Dining here was a true highlight of our trip. The location itself is perfect — peaceful, scenic, and a fantastic base for exploring the Delta. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the birding tour they organised for us. It was so well planned and guided, allowing us to see a stunning array of birdlife in their natural habitat — a real bucket-list experience for nature lovers. Peninsula Izora is a rare find and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and every intention of returning!

A perfect place for holiday! Clean, super comfy. The owner organize boat trips around Delta. On-site restaurant with great home-made meals. central location in the "middle" of the Delta allows easy trips around all important places.

Friendly, professional staff, warm and precise. They also can help you with boat transfers or (fishing) trips. Huge room, all the needed comfort. Very good (fish focused) dinner, plentiful breakfast/
