The new refurbishments are absolutely incredible. The hotel now feels like an extremely high-end hotel in the main areas. The food menu in the new winter garden was extensive and the food was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the food in the new Asian restaurant, EAST, as they were able to cater for my nut allergies so well.

Hotel facilities are excellent for kids, room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast options were really good, restaurants are nice, and lastly the staff were absolutely wonderful!

I liked the way the hotel is both great quality and very friendly and welcoming. There is a great choice of activities and facilities for all ages included in the price, not forgetting the fantastic scenery and walking opportunities near the hotel.
