The steading was excellent value for money and the en-suite and room were very clean and comfortable . The shared kitchen and sitting areas were great for chatting to other people in the steading and the outdoor area was a lovely place to sit both morning for breakfast and evening for supper . The kitchen had everything you could ask for and was immaculately clean. Unfortunately the tearoom wasn’t open during our stay but the bacon rolls from the caravan were lovely. We ate out in Comrie and Crieff . The bushcraft bairns day was great for my grandson and would highly recommend the bat walk by Andrea. (He loved it when the bats eventually appeared). Met lots of lovely people along the way and would recommend . The well stocked shop was great also with lovely staff .

Comrie Croft is an absolute gem of a place. The rooms in the hostel are great. My daughter and I shared one overlooking the courtyard. It was super-clean and very comfortable. But it was the communal facilities that really bowled us over — lots of nooks and crannies with comfy armchairs and sofas where you can curl up to read, plenty of tables to eat at and the kitchen is the best-equipped hostel kitchen I have ever been in. The staff were wonderful — friendly and helpful but not overly intrusive. The woodland sauna — a new addition to the offer at the croft — was an absolute joy! We will definitely be back. Can't recommend it highly enough.
