I liked the cottage - very cosy and had everything I wanted. Lots included too like some loo roll, good equipment for cooking, there was some toiletries and tea/coffee etc too plus we were left some milk and prosecco. The beds were very comfy and the main room a decent size. The 2nd room had 2 single beds which would be good for kids but may be tight for 2 adults. The location is both a plus and a negative. Great for access to everything including the dog walking area and the main town shops, however VERY noisy in the bedrooms due to the traffic over the bridge. This starts very early in the morning so no lie-in's unfortunately.

The location is great; right on the river with easy access to walks and very close to the town centre. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was good and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely welcome hamper too. We thought there would be road noise but it absolutely didn’t disturb us at all.
