The whole stay was so relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable . The room was lovely and the shower was wonderful . Lots of tea coffee hot chocolate and made even better with a good supply of milk sugars and nice biscuits. Would recommend it to anyone .

Great character and decor. Loved the nod to the name with the lion pictures. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Evening meal was tasty, as was breakfast and staff were accommodating with changes.

Clean and comfortable larger room than I expected for the price. The staff were excellent- the night porter when I checked in was really helpful and friendly. (Sorry I didn’t get name) Sue on reception and the young lady who served me at breakfast (again sorry I didn’t get name)
