"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum."This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We felt like home. It was perfect. The location can host up to 4 adults but the best is of a family with 2 or maximum 3 children (depending on the age of the children) The apartment has many facilities for small children which is great. Additional information: - the apartment is at the ground floor and has a green small terrace in front of it that can be accessed (e.g. for a coffee) - there are 3 doors from street before reaching the apartment door (however, all doors open with a black token attached to the key - so it is easy) - the thrash has to be sorted and thrown downstairs (via elevator) - you receive only one key and you should not forget it inside because the apartment door cannot be open without a key - we did not notice any significant noise in the morning and we slept late :)

Location of the apartment is perfect - 5 minutes from metro station/bus station on one side, 5 minutes from city center on the other side and just across the very nice park. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. Communication with the host was quite easy. I would say great value for money.
