It is a comfortable old beach house. Nothing flashy, but perfect for some family down time. Ryan was helpful & easy to contact. Beach was lovely. Quiet.

Considering we arrived at midnight, evth was thus conceived, so that we may enter the house on our own. Keys were in a safe location, instructions were very precise and easy to follow. The house, although not that new, is very comfy, well-equipped and spacious, with 3 bedrooms for the kids and an en-suite-bedroom. The beach is literally round the corner! TIP: when going to the beach, slide a bit to your left, as you look towards the see (if you go straight in, there are rocks on the ground; just slide 40-50m to the left and the entrance in the see will be excellent and sandy). There is free parking in front of the house. The house is located some 80 km from Barcelona (on the FREE highway), which allows for at least a trip to the City. But, cozier and closer we found Tarragona, with its Roman ruins, bustling city life, nice cafes and very relaxed atmosphere. Salou is also very close (30min) and worth at least a visit, with its palm-tree Promenade. Close to the house (1 min by car) you will find a LIDL and a big Mercadona, next to it. Mercadona has plenty to offer, esp. fresh fish. The owner, Ryan, is exceedingly helpful and we stayed in touch throughout the stay. Most of the neighbors are also very friendly. Cleaning and bedsheets were included in the price, which was great. Altogether a GREAT experience, house on the beach.
