The barn is fabulous. It has so much character and the attention to detail makes all the difference! We wanted a quiet, relaxing time away from it all and the whole break exceeded our expectations! I only met Ilona (and the charming Otto) and it is obvious that she is wholely dedicated to making the stay as comfortable as possible! We took an Alexa with us for music and it worked seamlessly with the included wifi. I have stayed in many places and this by far one of the best. The cost for 2 nights was easily comparable to a single night in some mainstream hotels and the difference is like chalk and cheese. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants a relaxing time away from the hassle of everyday life. I will definitely be returning!

The location is idyllic. It was a really lovely getaway with my young daughters, and Acorn Barn was exactly as described. It has everything you need and really is beautiful. The communication with the host was great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The place was stunning. It was beautifully designed and there was great attention to detail. The essentials were well stocked, the location and walks on the grounds were great, we loved the evening lights and decor and we felt well looked after by Ilona. The second sleeping space was lovely and we appreciated the extra touches to make a little one feel at home.
