Please note that from June to September, saunas, Turkish steam bath, steam bath, salt room, ice waterfall, emotional showers, Scottish cold shower, indoor whirlpool and tea room are closed. Outdoor seasonal pool will be open. In any periods access to the swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas may be subject to charges. Overall the stay was great, staff were amazing. Felt that the room could have been bigger for two people and when asked to change the room where asked to pay a further charge. overall was a nice hotel and breakfast and staff were great - would stay again.

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. We were allocated an executive room which was one of the most amazing rooms we have ever stayed in, it was huge. It had a lounge area, a conference area with a glass topped table with eight chairs and an enormous bedroom off which was a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. From the conference area, a spiral staircase led to a private rooftop garden with loungers. We dinned in both nights of our stay and the food and service far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food. Reception staff were so professional as were the catering staff. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.
