All requests for long term parking of 2 or more days must be booked on a long term parking package and is subject to availability. There is a 7 day cancellation policy for the parking. Disabled car parking is also chargeable and preferably requested prior to arrival.Please note: Childs breakfast costs GBP 5 which is payable on arrival.Please note that the pool and fitness suite are open but due to covid restrictions guests need to book a slot on checkin.Please be aware that for reservations of seven days or more, the hotel will pre-authorize your card on file for a $1 CAD verification. Although this transaction will be visible on your statement, it is a pre-authorization and will be removed within seven days. Non-verified reservations will not be acceptedGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Lovely spacious clean room with excellent facilities. Was pleased to have a room in the Conference area which was very peaceful. Good that I could stay on a lower floor as I am uncomfortable with heights.
