Really friendly staff with a good, relaxed atmosphere and nice decor. I felt the decor in the room with the grating to hang clothes was fun. I also liked that an iron was already provided which would have saved me a trip back down to the lobby. I also enjoyed the possibility of eating in the room and the free Wifi, which was strong and enabled me to take work calls/meetings.

Everything was easy, from the check in to the check out. It's great value for money and there are great airport connections. The buffet breakfast was available from very early, which was appreciated when preparing for a flight.

Our room wasn’t made up as requested, we had a child with us and had requested the sofa bed be made up however it was not, the reception team were lovely and moved us to another made up room, breakfast was great
