We cooked our breakfast in the facility kitchen - had a microwave, gas stove, fridge and others.

Location location location. So close to see the planes. Shared bathroom, great being able to use the kitchen

Issy was very helpful and responsive to my messages, although it did take some time for the doorbell to be answered. The location was decently close to Heathrow, note that it is a 30 GBP taxi ride / 15 GBP Uber ride. A nicely sized and comfortable room, the bathroom is clean and my fellow guests were lovely, helpful and quiet. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.
