The fine print
Please note that guests must reserve access to the spa and sauna before arrival.There is a surcharge for the spa and sauna which is payable on site (68€ for 2 pers for 1 hour).
For children under 5 years old, breakfast is free, between 5 and until 12 years old breakfast is priced at 8€. From 12 years old on breakfast is at 15€. Please note that guests must present ID upon arrival. Guests are not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property. Please note that the restaurant is closed every Sunday evening and 1 more day per week. The price of the Italian Buffet is 25€ per person and Savoyard buffet is 30€ per person.The restaurant serves a buffet with many dishes 25€ italian buffet 30€ savoyard (starters, main hot dishies and desserts home made). A terrace is open in summer.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a bus 9 minutes away that takes you to the center. There is a bar with good cocktails in the lobby. Loved the games that were available too (billiard, baby foot). Overall loved the stay, would recommend it. Good value for money.

Good location to stop on a road trip, not far off the motorway. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but a bit in the small side. We did not make use of the games room facilities, but nice to have the option. Dinner in the restaurant was a buffet, but actually a very good range of hot and cold foods were on offer. By my previous experiences of buffet dinners, this was a good meal.

A key reason for staying at the property was the fact that it had a number of electric vehicle charging points (11kwh). This was ideal for us having driven down from the UK over the long Easter weekend. The staff were helpful upon check in and gave us some good advice about how best to get into old town Annecy and then back to the hotel later in the evening as it is all uphill from old town back to the hotel.
