Very nice, friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. As this is the first impression of a new place, I find staff attitude to be very important and the people at Ramada did not disappoint. The breakfast was really nice, as is to be expected of a hotel of this level, but there are a couple of small issues (see the next section). The room was clean and had all the amenities. There was no problem with finding a parking space even on a busy weekend and the old town, the theatre and several other places of interest are within walking distance. Room service was pretty good as well. While I did not get a chance to use the pool and the sauna, I did stop by and they seemed really nice and not too crowded. The soundproofing of the room was better than I expected. I have had some pretty bad experiences with that in hotels, but it came as a nice surprise that I actually got to enjoy quiet nights, even with a party going on downstairs, one floor below my room. One of the artworks in the hotel lobby caught my eye. Would have loved for there to be a label indicating the name of the piece and the artist.

High standards, as always at Ramada, location - very close to the city center (Xmas fair), the pool, breakfast … I enjoyed pretty much everything.

Good view, the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast, large rooms with nice facilities. Cofee, tea, minibar, everything u need. Room service cuth food delivery preety late ar night. Sauna and pool eere nice and clean.
