The staff was very friendly. We had a really bad experience the same day in Craiova in another hotel "MBI Travel Inn". Long story short: We booked that hotel in our original plans unaware of all the problems we encountered. We left that hotel room after no more than five minutes (that's how disgusting that hotel is). It's about 22/23h. We reserve this hotel and got our room immediately. Staff assisted us with parking and our bags, also they were so nice, both at night and in the morning. So they had an amazing and positive impact on us. After such a horrible experience in another hotel their positivity and good work made us feel good and made our day. They totally deserve a raise! About the room: It was amazing. Room 404. Beautiful view. And I mean really beautiful. 😍 Big and comfy bed. Warm, cozy, felt like home. Nice and clean bathroom. This is definitely our choice next time we visit Craiova.

We visited the hotel shortly before Christmas for the Christmas market in Craiova, and we were more than satisfied. The hotel exceeded our expectations – it was very warm inside, extremely clean, and well organised. The rooms were cosy, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. The food in the restaurant was incredibly delicious and definitely contributed to our wonderful stay. Honestly, we didn’t expect the hotel to be this nice, but we were absolutely impressed! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Craiova. Highly recommended!
