The room was nice and spacious. Very close to Cradle Mountain Breakfast was excellent. Amazing spread with wonderful helpful staff. Loved that the laundry was free and they even provided laundry detergent.

Room was comfortable and heated. Location is outstanding. A guest laundry is provided free which was appreciated.

Our Room was very warm & comfortable had everything we needed, didn't even need to turn on the TV. Fabulous shared lounge facilities with a roaring fire. The guest laundry was a great addition to services. The restaurant and bar was very comfortable & served delicious food.

Lovely hotel in Cradle mountain area. Super friendly and supportive staff at the reception. Provided us some nice advices. The complimentary laundry is definitely a plus. Love the fireplace in the public area. Breakfast was great too.
