Emma our host had left welcome message on the front door and tea and kitkats awaited ! Our two rooms were traditionally furnished and each has a modern bathroom- outlook from single room delighted my daughter. This ‘annex’ of two bedrooms with own staircase and sitting room offered a homely stay for my wife’s big birthday ! Stunning quiet location with the open gardens looking to ocean and setting sun augmented by a beautifully situated dew pond allowing tranquil views of wildlife and two beautiful horses.in adjacent paddock at dusk and dawn. Breakfast served in light and bright sunroom at rear of property. Quality of cooking an absolute treat with Emma preparing three different hot plates as well as plenty of toast, quality tea and coffee. We had already booked dinner at the lovely pub in Crackington Gaven but feel confident that Emma’s offer of dinner prepared from seasonal and local produce would be an additional pleasure. It is only a short distance to the challenging SW Coastal Footpath and a couple of miles of narrow lanes to reach fine surfing beaches.

I absolutely loved Higher Tresmorn Farm B&B. The breakfasts were magnificent, Emma was wonderful - so friendly & kind. Very peaceful & idyllic - all you can hear is birdsong. Gorgeous views out to sea, horses grazing by the beautiful duck pond. I needed peace & relaxation and I found it. I would definitely recommend and I am already planning to go back next year, either in the B&B or in the self catering Roundhouse. A wonderful stay, thank you so much Emma!
