Initially, the booking for a dog was problematic but eventually solved & we were happy to find our accommodation ground level & quiet. The welcome bowl of treats, ball & poop bags was excellent, as was the fact that this hotel is truly dog friendly with a poo bin! The approach road is single track & a bit of a challenge if there's more than 1 car. Breakfast was a little disappointing as no fried eggs were on offer.

Beautiful remote location but if you meet other vehicles on the road to the hotel it can be an issue

Breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal. The staff were friendly and professional. The grounds and flowers were all well cared for - beautiful hanging baskets in pristine condition despite very hot weather
