LinenIt is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Location was ideal, very central but quiet and secure at the same time. Facility was spotless with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

-Clean and spacious -Paid linen was worth the money as very clean and comfortable -Fantastic location as along the main street in Cowes with all the supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance -Kitchen was well equipped -3 toilets and 2 bathrooms

The property was perfect for our family of four. The instructions for keys and gate codes were clear and access was easy, though the main driveway is in between shops so it can be tricky to spot. We were at the back of the complex which was very quiet. The chocolates and prosecco left for arrival were greatly appreciated. The garage was excellent as we had brought bikes with us and wanted them to be locked up. The outside space was good, but did get very hot in the afternoon. We did not use the BBQ as it seemed a little small. The kids enjoyed choosing DVD movies to watch. The laundry detergent provided was great and having the use of a washing machine and dryer was very useful. The walk into Cowes is not long, but if you are carrying all of your beach gear it might be difficult. Lots of good coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep and both the Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are very close by. You should book the penguins in advance over summer as there were several nights when they were booked out. A lovely stay in this accommodation and in Cowes generally.
