By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. We liked walking into a large clean townhouse. Location was perfect and in walking distance to the main shops in Cowes. We liked that the owner's information booklet gave us the heads up to book places in advance, Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and Go Carts. These can be booked out well in advance. If you aren't sure about anything within the property, Neighbour at #5 is only too happy to have a chat and help you out. Our family would be happy to visit again in the future. Owners are easily contactable if you have any concerns. You get a chance to select your own time for arrival closer to the date.

Very homely unit. Felt safe and very secure. Loved the facilities including access to the pool, table tennis and darts in the garage. Great house for a group with couples and singles. Very handy for supermarket and food.

Loved everything that was available such as the pool the table tennis table etc. Everything necessary was available and such a good price. Had a great time and location is amazing.
